About the Role

Adobe is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its Acrobat product management team in Noida. This high-impact role involves shaping the product vision and roadmap for Adobe Acrobat, with a focus on integrating Generative AI capabilities. You’ll be instrumental in defining features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with core Acrobat product management to align with Adobe’s strategic direction.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to execute and deliver successful product outcomes.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to collect feedback and refine feature requirements.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Create and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Present and demonstrate product value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Use agile methodologies to deliver products within large, distributed teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• MBA from a reputed institute (IIM, XLRI, ISB preferred)
• Minimum 9 years of professional experience
• Minimum 6 years of post-MBA experience in a business or product role
• Experience working with product development teams, especially in agile environments
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work independently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

What You Need to Succeed

• A proven track record in product management with experience in delivering successful tech products.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering and an MBA (preferably from top B-schools like IIM, XLRI, ISB).
• 9+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 6 years in a post-MBA business or product role.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
